Description

Eos is a wine with an intense yellow colour. On the nose a harmonious symphony of aromas: tropical and exotic fruits, including pineapple and mango, then again banana and very ripe fruit. Complexity of aromas, supported by an important fullness, freshness and bright acidity.

Vinification

We also work here with battonage of the musts. Short cold maceration on the skins. The fermentation is at low temperature. Aging in steel.
