Wine with a deep yellow color with golden reflections. Hints of candied citrus fruits, sweet acacia honey, resinous notes and beeswax. The taste has an extraordinary fullness and body, with an interesting but never invasive tannins that support the aromatic details.
Harvest of the grapes partly when overripe, then fermentation on the skins and partial elimination of the same. This is followed by 6 months of long stay on the skins at the end of that skins are separated, then wine is filtered and bottled.
